Tradeshow Strategy

As a long-time creative partner to Omnicell, Apple Box Studios was selected to support its largest presence of the year at the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting and Exhibition in Las Vegas. Working alongside Omnicell’s internal teams and tradeshow partner, Sparks, our role focused on developing over a dozen video and interactive assets, including an 80×25 foot environmental screen for the exhibit. In less than seven weeks, Apple Box partnered with both Omnicell and other third-party creators to define key messages, develop a consistent, bold design, and help guide the entire process.

Creative & Production

To bring the strategy to life, Apple Box Studios created motion graphics, product videos, interactive screen content, hologram visuals, and high visibility environmental displays that worked together to create an immersive and unified brand presence. The process required constant communication and a smooth iterative approval workflow with Omnicell’s internal teams. Despite the accelerated schedule, every asset was executed and delivered on time. The result was a polished, cutting-edge booth experience that set Omnicell apart as the industry leader at the tradeshow.

On-Site Support

During the conference, Apple Box Studios provided on-site creative and production support focused on the booth’s video and screen content. Our team managed live updates, collaborated with AV partners, and monitored real-time playback throughout the event. The response from Omnicell leadership and booth attendees was overwhelmingly positive. The exhibit drew strong engagement and was praised for its bold visual impact and elevated brand presence.
