Title: Project Coordinator

Job Description: Reporting to and working with the VP of Client Services, this position includes all project and production management responsibilities required to service new and existing Apple Box clients including scheduling duties, cost tracking, budgeting, project documentation, project coordination between client and production partners/vendors, project elements and traffic. The Project Coordinator will work directly with clients, vendors, editors, writers, creative directors, video producers, art directors and graphic designers to accomplish company and client goals. Other duties include providing support for administrative, operations and business development functions.
