Summary:
Apple Box Studios is a is a boutique advertising agency and creative management firm, currently seeking a Full Time Project Coordinator. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1-3 years’ experience. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the marketing industry.
This position includes all project and production management responsibilities required to service new and existing Apple Box clients including scheduling duties, cost tracking, budgeting, project documentation, project coordination between client and production partners/vendors, project elements and traffic. The Project Coordinator will work directly with clients, vendors, editors, writers, creative directors, video producers, art directors and graphic designers to accomplish company and client goals. Other duties include providing support for administrative, operations and business development functions.
We’re looking for a team-player who has the desire to learn and advance his/her career by gaining knowledge, responsibility and greater client contact in a growing, energetic environment.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

- Accurate data entry and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, PR/Media or related field

- Previous Project Coordinator experience is beneficial but not required

Social Media Manager
Freelance
Apple Box Studios, a full-service marketing communications firm, is currently seeking a Social Media Manager. This position is ideal for someone with 3-5 years’ experience. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of social media platforms, content curation, and creating digital personas.
Summary:
The Social Media Manager will develop social media marketing plans and programs for various clients and provide ongoing support. The Manager will take ownership of client social media platforms, providing branding, content creation and curation, content distribution, responses, and reporting. The Manager will stay up to date with the latest techniques and tactics to maximize impact, results, increase engagement and drive leads. Candidates should be very familiar with Houte Suite to manage a variety of platforms, as well as, managing paid advertising campaigns on the same platforms. They will work directly with clients, project managers, vendors, editors, writers, creative directors, video producers, art directors and graphic designers to accomplish company and client goals. Additional responsibilities include managing the social media presence of ABS. Freelance Writer
Apple Box Studios, a Pittsburgh-based boutique advertising agency, is currently seeking a freelance Writer to help with overflow work with the potential to transition into full-time. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be hard-working, and able to work well with a group as well as independently. Opportunities include writing for integrated ad campaigns, websites, magazine publications, social media, and video. The right candidate should also possess the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in the industry (preferred)
- Strong, diverse portfolio ranging from websites, brochures, social media, copywriting etc.
- A great attitude with a passion for creativity
