As Director of Business Development, Iliana Jones brings unique energy and drive to her position and responsibilities. Her primary objective at Apple Box Studios is to establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, helping them to transform their visions into compelling communication initiatives. Direct and forthright, Iliana excels at consensus building that’s focused on finding solutions and moving projects to the end result on behalf of her clients.
With a diverse background in product management, event coordination & marketing and brand management, Iliana brings a wealth of experience to her role. Her passion for her work stems from the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and create meaningful connections.
Iliana’s specific responsibilities include driving company growth through strategic sales planning, lead generation tactics, referral outreach, networking and account marketing. With a strong focus on building relationships, she develops and delivers persuasive business pitches, proposals and presentations that secure valuable client partnerships. She is also responsible for a variety of internal process improvements at Apple Box Studios such as AI development and managing the Apple Box persona.
As a top-tier division one swimmer at Mizzou, Iliana brings an intense competitive spirit to the Apple Box team, always pushing herself to deliver more for her clients.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Iliana is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys attending a variety of competitive sporting events. She continues to stay active in swimming as a coach and role model to young swimmers. Her adventurous spirit leads her to explore new horizons, creating unforgettable memories that she captures through her love of photography.
